We are proud to present our 14th annual State of the Art Management of Type 1 Diabetes in Adults conference taking place on Friday, April 17th.  This year features outstanding faculty again, including key note speaker, Dr. Neale Cohen, who will address The CLOSE-IT Trial and Current State of Fully Closed Loop System.

Requests for Conference Refunds will be honoured only if notification of cancellation is received in writing or via email.  Attendee substitutions are encouraged if the substitution is made in writing or via email.

February 20, 2026 – All cancellations received after February 20, 2026 will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

​​

March 13, 2026 – All cancellations received after March 13, 2026 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

​​

March 27, 2026 – All cancellations after March 27, 2026 are non-refundable.
