Registered Nurse – Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) Educator
We are seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Registered Nurse to join our team in delivering exceptional care for all clinical programs. We care for patients of all ages (toddler to elderly) and work closely with their families and caregivers. We pride ourselves in meeting new patients within hours of diagnosis, providing the care, education, resources and support to safely guide them and their families through the tumultuous early days of this life-changing condition.
