We are proud to present our 12th annual conference featuring outstanding faculty again this year! Pre-conference activities (in person only) will be on Thursday April 4th, 2024, with thanks to our presenting sponsor for the dinner event. In addition, the Fundamentals of Type 1 workshop hosted by the Best Centre will run from 1:00 - 4:00 pm. This workshop offers diabetes educators training for clinical practice; understanding T1D diagnoses, complications, approaches to care, pump and sensor management.

Cancellation Policy:

Requests for Conference Refunds will be honoured only if notification of cancellation is received in writing or via email.  Attendee substitutions are encouraged if the substitution is made in writing or via email.

February 16, 2023 – All cancellations received after February 16, 2024 will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

​

March 5, 2024 – All cancellations received after March 5, 2024 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

​

March 22, 2024 – All cancellations after March 22, 2024 are non-refundable.
